SHOP IN ZURICH

This residential and commercial building in Bahnhof, Zurich was built in 1890 based on the design of the architect Johann Joseph Weidmann. The shell of the entire building was renovated under the guidance of historical preservation. According to the historical model, the stone and sheet metal parts have been updated and supplemented. In order to refurbish the shell, the entire building technology, including the air conditioning and ventilation systems on all floors, was replaced during continuous operation. On the famous Bahnhofstrasse, a fashion store with 650 square meters of retail space came into being.
