n the design scheme, the site is divided into different-sized clusters by roads, effectively utilizing these roads to restrict the potential for chaotic urban development in the future. The urban development is no longer an expansion of existing towns, but rather the creation of a small city system on the countryside. Building a high-speed ring road along the edges of natural features (mountains, rice fields) will create a protective layer for the natural landscape, preserving the ecological order within the protected area and also serving as a tourist pathway. The roads will connect these isolated clusters, forming a network of ecological resource complexes and tourist routes.
