Shenzhen Third Children's Hospital

The design is inspired by the children's puzzle game Tangram. Seven triangles of different heights are combined in the site to form the volume of this children's hospital. The four triangles at high heights form an efficient and connected inpatient ward, maximizing the absorption of the surrounding landscape resources into the inpatient ward. The inpatient ward is designed as a linkage mode of four wards, which facilitates the connection and distribution of various wards. The façade design is simple and lively, with strong landmarks, easy for children to recognize and remember. The indoor lighting at night will turn the building into a childlike paper lantern...The interior space is like an overturned color palette, hoping to bring children a happy and rich space experience.
