This project is a reconstruction and expansion project of Shanghai Oriental Hospital, located in the prosperous Lujiazui area of Pudong. The extended new building is located on the west side of the old building, and it connects seamlessly with the old building, forming a whole and realizing the most effective operation.

Shanghai Oriental Hosptial
The penetration of garden elements in all parts of the building is an inherent requirement for creating a gardening space. In this project, the traditional garden concept was dismantled into several garden systems covering the entire hospital. These systems, while realizing the functions of greening, sound insulation and shading, also turn the hospital into a self-contained medical village.
