Intern
任职资格和主要能力：
1. 建筑系四年级以上或研究生在读的在校生或应届毕业生；
2. 热爱设计 ，良好的美学素养、清晰的思考逻辑；
3. 具备信息处理和视觉化表达能力；能够将设计理念通过图形化的方式准确、充分地传达出来；
4. 熟练掌握Su,Enscape,PPT,AutoCAD,PS,ID,AI,Rhino 等设计软件；
5. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
6. 英语熟练。德语或法语精通优先；
7. 实习期六个月以上。
Desired background and skillset:
1. Fourth year or above in the Department of Architecture or currently pursuing graduate studies or fresh graduates;
2. Love design, good aesthetic quality, clear thinking logic;
3. Ability of information processing and visual expression; Be able to accurately and fully convey the design concept through graphical means;
4. Proficient in Su, Enscape, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop, ID, AI, Rhino and other design software;
5. Good communication skills and team spirit;
6. Proficient in English. Proficient in German or French is preferred;
7. Internship period of more than six months.

Scheme Designer
任职资格和主要能力：
1. 建筑学本硕名校毕业；
2. 热爱设计 ，良好的美学素养、清晰的思考逻辑、成熟的工作素养；
3. 优秀的概念设计才能，能够通过手绘草图和精准的3D建模流畅地表达设计想法；
4. 具备信息处理和视觉化表达能力；能够将设计理念通过图形化的方式准确、充分地传达出来；
6. 熟练掌握Su,Enscape,PPT,AutoCAD,PS,ID,AI,Rhino 等设计软件；
7. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
8. 拥有多任务处理能力，能够在压力下工作；
9. 英语熟练。德语或法语精通优先。
Desired background and skillset:
1. Graduated from a prestigious university with a bachelor and master’s degree in architecture;
2. Passionate about design, good aesthetic literacy, clear thinking logic, and mature work skills;
3. Excellent conceptual design talent, able to smoothly express design ideas through hand drawn sketches and precise 3D modeling;
4. Possess information processing and visual expression skills; Be able to accurately and fully convey design concepts through graphical means;
6. Proficient in design software such as Su, Enscape, PPT, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, Rhino, etc;
7. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
8. Possess multitasking ability and be able to work under pressure;
9. Proficient in English. Proficiency in German or French is preferred.
方案深化设计师
Scheme Deepening Designer
任职资格和主要能力：
1. 建筑学本科以上学历；
2. 3年以上欧洲设计公司工作经验；
3. 热爱设计 ，良好的美学素养、清晰的思考逻辑、成熟的工作素养；
4. 扎实的技术知识；熟悉中国当地规范和标准，能够与设计团队、中国当地设计院、供应商和客户沟通技术问题；
5. 对建筑物的技术方面具有知识和兴趣；
6. 拥有建筑细部设计和材料的成熟认知；对新材料以及开发细节和解决方案的方法持开放态度；
7. 精通Su,AutoCAD, Revit （或archicad ）等设计软件；
8. 拥有多任务处理能力，能够在压力下工作；
9..英语熟练。德语或法语精通优先。
Desired background and skillset:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture;
2. At least 3 years of work experience in a European design company;
3. Love design, good aesthetic literacy, clear thinking logic, and mature work skills;
4. Solid technical knowledge; Familiar with local regulations and standards in China, able to communicate technical issues with design teams, local design institutes, suppliers, and customers;
5. Have knowledge and interest in the technical aspects of buildings;
6. Have a mature understanding of architectural detail design and materials; Maintain an open attitude towards new materials and methods for developing details and solutions;
7. Proficient in design software such as Su, AutoCAD, Revit (or archicad);
8. Possess multitasking ability and be able to work under pressure;
9. Proficient in English. Proficiency in German or French is preferred.
