项目设计师

Project Designer

工作地点：上海

Location:  Shanghai

任职资格及主要能力：

  1. 5年以上相关工作经验，正规院校建筑学专业硕士毕业;
  2. 热爱建筑设计，有不断学习和研究的能力；
  3. 较强的方案设计及表达能力
  4. 能熟练操作方案设计所需二维及三维各类软件；
  5. 良好的沟通与团队协同工作能力；
  6. 英语6级以上或同等水平，第二外语德语或法语者优先。

主要工作内容：

  1. 建筑设计和制作； 
  2. 项目管理，项目协调；
  3. 会议及汇报 。  

Desired background and skillset ：

  1. More than 5 years working experience , Master’s Degree in Architecture from serious Universities.
  2. Love architecture design and have the ability to continuously study and research.
  3. Conceptual design and presentation abilities.
  4. Proficient with most of Design tools including 2D and 3D.
  5. Good communication and teamwork ability.
  6. High sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  7. Fluent English requested in speaking and writing.

Key Responsibilities：

  1. Architecture design and production.
  2. Project management, project coordination.
  3. Meetings and Presentations.

室内设计师

Interior Designer

工作地点：上海

Location ：Shanghai

任职资格和主要能力：

  1. 3年以上相关工作经验，室内设计、建筑或相关专业学位；
  2. 掌握3D Max, Auto CAD, photoshop和SketchUp；
  3. 拥有出色的室内设计工作作品，展示出独特的设计理念的能力，有很强的色彩协调性；
  4. 能够有效协调多个同时进行的项目；
  5. 了解适用的建筑规范和法规；
  6. 良好的沟通与团队协同工作能力；
  7. 高度的责任心与敬业精神。

主要职责:

  1. 使用各种图形技术开发概念设计，包括手绘以及3D Max, Auto CAD, photoshop和SketchUp计算机软件生成视觉效果；
  2. 准备书面说明、图纸和施工图文件，包括验证设计是否符合相关建筑规范；
  3. 在整个施工过程中参加现场会议并审查设计问题；
  4. 与项目负责人合作，在实现原始设计意图的同时，解决设计问题并构建能力问题。

Desired background and skillset:

  1. More than 3 years working experience，a degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent from an accredited program.
  2. Mastery of 3D Max, Auto CAD, photoshop, and SketchUp.
  3. An outstanding portfolio of interior design work ,demonstrated ability to produce unique design concepts, with strong sense of color coordination.
  4. Ability to coordinate efficiently on multiple simultaneous projects.
  5. Knowledge of applicable building code and regulations.
  6. Good communication and teamwork ability.
  7. High sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing conceptual designs using various graphic techniques, including hand-drawn as well as computer generated visuals with 3D Max, Auto CAD, photoshop, and SketchUp.
  2. Preparing written specifications, working drawings, and construction documents, including verification that designs meet relevant building codes.
  3. Attend site meetings and review design issues throughout construction.
  4. Working with project leaders to problem-solve design and build ability issues while realizing original design intent.

实习生(长期招聘）

Interns（Long -term recruitment ）

工作地点：上海

Location :Shanghai

任职资格和主要能力：

1. 建筑学专业大四以上在校生或应届毕业生；

2. 实习期不少于3个月；

3. 热爱设计，有不断学习和研究的能力；

4. 熟练运用SketchUp , Photoshop ,Enscape；

5. 良好的沟通与团队协同工作能力。

Desired background and skillset ：

1.Undergraduate（the fourth year or above ）or fresh graduate major in architecture

2.Minimum 3-month internship.

3.Love architecture design and have the ability to continuously study and research.

4.Famillier with SketchUp , Photoshop ,Enscape.

5.Good communication and teamwork ability.
